Quavo Went To Congress!

Quavo went to the 52nd Annual Legislative Conference, to speak with lawmakers on gun violence.

He had a private meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris, and met with House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries and New Jersey Senator Corey Booker as the respresentative of Rocket Foundation, which was created in memory of Takeoff to “support programs which are saving lives through proven, community-based solutions to prevent gun violence.”

Quavo's mother Edna Marshall and sister Titani Davenport who is Takeoff's mother joined him on his visit,

“I need to step up to the plate and hit a home run. I have to do something about it, so it won’t happen to the masses—especially in our culture. I don’t want this to happen to the next person. I want to knock down these percentages.” Quavo said.

Quavo released “Touch Me” capturing a memorial event honoring Takeoff, where family members gather to let off lanterns to celebrate his life. Quavo, then takes off to Paris, where he spreads the memory of Takeoff to fans.
